Private AI Lab
Eight NVIDIA DGX Sparks, four Mac minis and one Mac Studio, using open models running locally. Our lab is built first to run our own systems and client work privately — not to sell cloud hosting or GPU rentals.
The problem
An owner should know which tools touch customer data. By default, lab workloads use hardware we control rather than sending that data to third-party AI APIs. We choose the workload and its boundaries with you, including any cloud tools that are needed, instead of presenting every AI task as automatically private.
What's included
Everything in Private AI Lab.
Owned hardware, local open models
Eight NVIDIA DGX Sparks, four Mac minis and one Mac Studio support our own systems and client work. This is an operating lab, not a cloud-hosting or GPU-rental product.
Clear data boundaries
Workloads that run in the lab stay there. We identify the information a workflow needs and tell you which connected tools touch your data.
Continuous agent operation
Agents can run continuously on hardware we own. The scope defines the tasks, review points and operational responsibilities rather than a blanket uptime guarantee.
No per-seat AI pass-through
We do not pass through per-seat AI subscriptions for locally running models. The work is scoped around the actual system and agreed tools.
How it works
A clear path, start to finish.
Review the operation
Start with the recurring task, the information it needs and the systems your team already uses. Agree where a human needs to stay involved.
Build and test
Connect the agreed tools and test the workflow with business-specific inputs. Review failure paths and handoff rules before using it in customer work.
Run and refine
Review what the workflow does in practice, tune it with your team and keep responsibilities clear as the business changes.
FAQ
Questions about private ai lab.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Not by us. Workloads that run in our lab stay there. We agree the workflow's data boundaries and disclose any external tools involved.
Do you ever use cloud AI models?
Yes, when a task needs it and the client agrees. We tell you which tools touch your data instead of assuming every task must run locally.
Can I rent GPUs or host my application here?
No. The lab is built first for our own systems and private client work. It is not a cloud-hosting or GPU-rental product.
What hardware is in the lab?
Eight NVIDIA DGX Sparks, four Mac minis and one Mac Studio, using locally running open models.
What does it cost?
